The meh - it can be pricey, but this is a big step in quality up from a volume grocery store, so its worth it. Look for great deals in produce, can get excellent prices on top quality items.
The Good - selection is good and high quality, but the store is small so you might need to visit another store in the shopping center (for greeting cards for example) Generally very short wait lines
Terrible customer service and general attitude of staff. Returns are impossible, even with a receipt because, as the manager stated "I can't sell that!" Really? They take advantage of the local shoppers because they are the only place in town. The produce is sub par (very poor quality and they package the organic produce in styrofoam meat packages- why?) and 'hot deli' selections are prepackaged and tasteless and are just heated in the store to pass as 'fresh.' Everyone I know who lives locally complains about this store AND the miserable staff so I finally decided to say something!
The Great - the beer selection and beer events at the Dicicco's grocery's (Armonk and Brewster venues are best). Also the store's location is perfect, it's the only grocery store for 10 miles in any direction. The bakery is excellent.
Good quality produce and meats. Excellent staff.

Excellent Meats & Seafood, Nice Produce Selections, Limited Space so they're limited to the # of brands they carry... A bit pricey but worth a look!
The Ugly - The bathroom is nearly impossible to get to and frankly dangerous down those steps. No wifi. This is really unacceptable. I refuse to purchase any beer from this store because I can't get wifi to log on to my beer rating app. (Verizon Cell service doesn't exist at this location) This is terrible given the awesome selection. Oh well their loss. Also given there is no cell service (not their fault) you would like to have wifi to get last minute grocery requests from home.
